Do you have any other designs that are not shown in the Design Gallery? TOP YES! We are constantly adding to our collection. Please contact us and let us know what you are looking for and we would be glad to look for a design for you. Be sure to send us your email address so that if we do have something you would be interested in, we can email you pictures. How long will it take for me to get my order? TOP
Typically once the order and full payment is received, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be created and shipped to the customer. We ship all items through the USPS via First Class mail or Priority (depending on the weight). What is your shipping method? TOP We ship all items through the USPS via First Class mail or Priority (depending on the weight). First Class mail typically takes 3 business days. Priority mail typically takes 2 business days. Do you charge tax? TOP By law, we only collect tax in the state of Florida. Can the colors in the designs be changed? TOP
Certainly! In the "Additional Comments" field put what colors you would like to see in your design. For example, you might want the color of hair in a design of a child a different color. Just let us know! Can I use different wording in my design? TOP In most cases, YES. Just as the names can be changed, in most cases you can have your design say whatever you would like. There are, however, a few designs that can not have the wording changed because the letters are in the actual design. For example, "Diva", "Ruling King", and Ring Bearer". Do you have a drop shipping program? TOP YES! If you are the owner of a store front or website and would like to carry any of our products, please contact us for more information about our drop shipping program. Do you offer Gift Certificates? TOP Definitely! Just email me at MaryAnn@littlelambembroidery.com . Please include the gift amount you would like and a valid email address. I will email you back an invoice followed by the gift certificate. Is pick up or delivery available? TOP Under certain circumstances, yes. Please contact us if you are interested in pick up or delivery. I need my item ASAP...can it be rushed? TOP
